大型电动机径向轴承结构和性能分析

摘    要:介绍了大型电动机径向轴承的常用结构型式,包括圆柱瓦、椭圆瓦、多油叶瓦、可倾瓦等,宽径比、间隙比、单位压力等主要设计参数及其选取范围。采用相同的轴颈、瓦宽和运行参数,对比分析了其流体动力润滑性能,油膜厚度、油膜压力、温度、失稳转速等主要性能参数可充分体现轴承性能的优劣。采用流体、固体、热三场耦合的分析方法,对电机轴承性能进行分析,能直观反映油膜压力和温度分布及瓦的变形。对于低速重载轴承,承载能力是首先要考虑的指标,而对于高速轻载轴承,稳定性则是首要指标。

Abstract:This paper presents common structural type of journal bearing for large motor,including cylinder pad,elliptic pad,lobe bearing,tilting pad,and the selection of the main design parameters such as width to diameter ratio,clearance ratio,specific pressure,etc.The hydrodynamic lubrication performance was analyzed by using the same shaft diameter,pad width and operating parameters.The main performance parameters such as oil film thickness,oil film pressure,temperature and stability threshold speed that will determine the performance of the bearing.Using the heat flow solid coupling iteration solution method,characteristics of journal bearing were analyzed for large motor,it can directly calculate the oil film pressure and temperature distribution and pad deformation.For low speed and heavy load bearings,the carrying capacity is the priority indicator,and for the high-speed and light load bearing,stability is the priority indicator.
