氯铝酸盐离子液体催化转移烷基化反应研究

摘    要:制备了阳离子分别为盐酸三乙胺、1-甲基-3-丁基咪唑和N-丁基吡啶的三种氯铝酸盐离子液体,并通过27AlNMR和吡啶及乙腈吸附的红外光谱等手段对其结构和酸性进行了表征,比较了上述三种离子液体催化2-甲基萘与1,2,4,5-四甲苯转移烷基化的反应性能。结果表明,阳离子结构不同的三种离子液体具有不同的催化性能,Et3NHCl-2AlCl3离子液体具有最高的催化反应活性和较高的2,6-二甲基萘选择性,在20℃下反应8h,2-甲基萘的转化率和2,6-二甲基萘选择性分别为36.8%和62.3%。

Abstract:A series of chloroaluminate ionic liquids, whose cations were triethylaminia hydrochloride, 1-methyl-3-hutylimidazolium and N- butylpyridiniu, respectively, was prepared and its catalytic performance was examined in the transalkylation of 2-methylnaphthalene with 1,2,4,5- tetramethylbenzene. The 27Al NMR measurement was carried out to determine the existing form of aluminum complex in ionic liquids and the acidity of ionic liquids was characterized by the pyridine and acetonitrile adsorbed FT-IR. The results indicted that the catalytic performance of the ionic liquids with various cations was different and the highest catalytic activity and the higher selectivity for 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene were obtained when the ionic liquid Et3HCl-2AlCl3 was used as a catalyst. When the transalkylation was carried out at 20℃ for 8h, the 36.8% conversion of 2-methyl- naphthalene and the 62.3% selectivity of 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene were obtained.
