摘    要:电火花加工已在模具制造中得到广泛应用,其物理本质决定了加工后模具成型表面存在变质层,文章对其在电加工中模具表面变质层进行了研究及分析,目的是为了更好地提高模具制造质量和延长模具使用寿命。

Abstract:EDM has been widely used in mold manufacturing, and its working principle determines that the processed rnolding metamorphic layer forms on the mold surface. The EDM metamorphic layer on the mold surface is analyzed, which is helpful to improve the mold processing quality and increase its service life.
