车轮跳动对定位参数影响的仿真分析

摘    要:车轮定位参数是悬架系统的一组重要参数,其设计的合理与否是悬架特性的重要评价指标之一。本文首先从理论上分析了定位参数的合理变化范围和趋势,然后运用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立了某轿车具体的前悬架模型,通过仿真车轮跳动对定位参数的影响,分析了其变化的合理性及其不足,进而为汽车产品开发和改进设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:The wheel alignment parameters which can change with the travel of the wheel and influent the handling and stability and wear of tire and also puzzle the auto producers to design suspension are very important in the suspension system.The reasonable wheel alignment parameters are one of important index to evaluate the suspension characteristic.The rationality of the alignment parameters was analyzed theoretically.Suspension models which simulate the wheel travel condition and analyze its characteristic was established by ADAMS.The results were presented with the hope of promoting improvement in the design and development of vehicle products.
