摘    要:宁海下洋涂围垦工程是省重点围垦工程.由于滩涂冲深使堤基原状土破坏、堤身土方一次性填筑过高使土体荷载过大等原因,出现子堤失稳形成滑移.经过原因分析,安全稳定验算,采取了工程性措施和非工程性措施,取得较好效果,消除了堤坝施工不安全因素,确保工程顺利进行.建议在软土地基的围垦工程施工中,应防止类似滑移情况发生,确保施工安全.

Abstract:The reclamation project in Xiayangtu, Ninghai, is a provincial key project. Slippage in branch dike occurs due to undisturbed soil foundation damage caused by tidal fiats rush and over load resulted from too high earthwork filling. The treatments are discussed in the paper based on reason analysis, security analysis and stability analysis, by adopting engi- neering measures and non-engineerlng measures, which eliminate unsafe factors in dam construction and ensure the project smoothly with good effects. Suggestions are also proposed in reclamation engineering construction of soft soil foundation to prevent similar slippage, therefore, to ensure constructing safety.
