发动机气缸盖振动清理装置的设计

摘    要:为进一步提升发动机气缸盖清洁度,降低清洁气缸盖劳动强度,设计制作发动机气缸盖振动清理装置,采用电动机带动偏心轴旋转,由偏心轴将旋转运动转换成振动体的上下往复运动,带动发动机气缸盖振动,从而实现振动清理气缸盖内腔铁屑及杂质的目的。取代了传统的人工翻转气缸盖清理的方法,使清理工序人性化,具有操作简便、劳动强度低、生产效率高等特点。

Design of Cleaning Device for Engine Cylinder Head Vibration

Abstract:In order to further enhance the clean the engine cylinder head and to reduce labor intensity, the engine cylinder head vibration cleaning device is designed. An electric motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate, the eccentric shaft converts the rotary motion into reciprocating motion up and down to drive the engine cylinder head to vibrate in order to clean up iron impurities in the cylinder head cavity. Replacing the traditional manual method of cleaning the cylinder head turning, the cleaning process features user - machine friendly, easy operation, low labor intensity and high production efficiency.
