ISO水冷与风冷散热器试验台测试结果对比研究

摘    要:对国际标准规定的水冷式和风冷式散热器的试验台的试验结果进行了对比分析,认为散热器试验台加保温板将使散热器散热量略有下降,但散热量相差不超过2%;水冷试验台的测试结果略低于风冷试验台的测试结果,散热量相差最大的为3%。在实际工作中可忽略两种试验强测试结果的差别。

Abstract:Analyses the difference between the test results of water cooled and air cooled closed chamber of radiators, conforming to the international standard. The tests show that with an insulating panel heat emission from water cooled closed chamber will slightly decrease, the difference of heat emission being not more than 2%; and that the radiator test results of water cooled closed chamber are lower than that of air cooled closed chamber, the maximum difference of heat emission is 3%. In practice, this difference can be neglected.
