基于模糊PID的给料机变频控制系统设计与改造

摘    要:针对火电厂脱硫剂制备系统给料机的工作特性和缓冲仓料位和控制要求,采用自适应模糊PID控制策略对其进行变频节能改造,应用P LC实现系统自动控制。实际运行结果表明,改造后降低了能耗,提高了效率,使系统安全稳定运行。

Design and Transformation for Frequency Conversion Control System of Feeder Based on Fuzzy PID

Abstract:According to the working characteristics of the feeder of thermal power plant desulfurizer preparation system and control requirements of level of the buffer bin, the self-adaptive fuzzy PID control strategy of frequency conversion was used for energy saving and PLC for automatic control. The practical running results show that energy consumption was reduced and efficiency was improved after transformation. The system operation is safe and stable.
