混凝土湿喷机S管阀换向系统试验研究

摘    要:在对不同驱动形式的混凝土湿喷机S管阀换向系统搭建试验平台的基础上,对其进行效能和结构方面研究与对比分析。结果表明:采用液控液压缸式S管阀换向系统更有利于整机效能的提高;液压马达式、液压缸式S管阀换向系统均以简单结构实现了S管阀换向功能,避开机械式噪声大、磨损严重等现象,为混凝土湿喷机S管阀换向系统的开发应用提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the test platform for S-type tube valve commutation system with different driving way in concrete wet spraying machine,experimental research and comparative analysis of performance and structure are carried out. The results prove that hydraulic cylinder type in hydraulic control is more conducive to overall efficacy; hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinder type can achieve commutation function with a simple structure to avoid serious noise and wear of mechanical type. So it provides a reference for development and application of concrete wet spraying machine S-type tube valve commutation system.
