摘    要:分析了X 90钢级母管和弯管的参考标准,介绍了热煨弯管整体加热和局部加热工艺技术,并分别采用这两种技术对X 90钢级热煨弯管的试制及试验,为X 90钢级热煨弯管产品的开发提供了经验及借鉴。

Abstract:Reference standard of X90 grade steel mother pipe and induction bends is analyzed. Partial heating and overall heating technology of X90 grade steel hot bending process are introduced. The method provides reference for the development of X90 grade steel induction bend products.
