摘    要:利用ANSYS-Turbogrid生成液力变矩器的网格模型,研究了不同的网格数和近壁面y+值对液力变矩器CFD数值计算的精度影响。计算结果表明,仅仅增加网格数无法改善计算结果的精确性,提高近壁面的y+值能够显著地改善计算的精确性,从而确定了适合液力变矩器仿真计算的网格模型参数。

Abstract:The grid model of torque convertor generated by ANSYS-Turbogrid is used to analyze the effect of different mesh size and y+ value of the near-wall grid on the calculation accuracy of torque convertor CFD. The calculation result demonstrates that the accuracy of the calculation result cannot be improved only through increasing the mesh size; however,it can be significantly improved through increasing the y + value of the near-wall face. Thus, the grid model parameter suitable for the simulation calculation of torque convertor is determined.
