动力机械非稳态过程的计算方法探索

摘    要:动力机械在非稳定工况下的参数变化异常剧烈,因此该情形下的计算方法有别于在常规稳定工况下的计算方法。文中以一台低比转速离心泵为例,基于滑移网格技术和用户自定义函数功能,在假定已知流量变化关系的前提下,对该模型泵的启动过程进行了尝试性计算。数值试验表明这种方法是完全可行的。该方法对于预测动力机械在非稳定工况下的性能具有指导意义。

Exploration of Calculation Method for Unstable Process of Power Machinery

Abstract:Considering the fact that each parameter of power machinery violently varies at unstable working conditions,therefore the calculation method at unstable working conditions is different from that at conventional stable working conditions. In this paper,under the precondition that the variable law of the flow rate in transient process is given,a lowspecific-speed centrifugal pump is chosen as the research objective to calculation the unstable startup process based on the sliding mesh technology and the user defined function(UDF). Numerical experiments show that this present method is completely feasible. In conclusion,the present method provides a good reference for predicting more transient performances of power machinery.
