摘    要:利用壳聚糖为絮凝剂对薄荷水提液进行净化除杂处理,主要考察不同温度下的絮凝效果.以絮凝去除率和黄酮损失率为评价指标,明确温度对絮凝过程的影响,并用动力学方法对絮凝速度进行分析.结果表明:在20~30℃范围内利用壳聚糖处理薄荷中药水提液就可得到很好的絮凝效果,絮凝去除率可达90%以上,而黄酮损失率低于15%;随着温度的升高,絮凝效果下降,且有效成分损失增加.30~40℃是絮凝反应比较稳定的范围,受温度变化影响不大,此范围外,随着温度的升高初始絮凝速度和最大絮凝速度都显著增加,温度变化对絮团形成阶段的影响大于对絮团成长阶段的影响.

Abstract:Peppermint water-extraction solution was treated by flocculating agent chitosan,and flocculation effects were studied under different temperatures.Taking flocculation rate and flavanones loss rate as evaluation indexes,the effect of temperature on flocculation process was definite,and flocculation velocity was analyzed using kinetics method.It was indicated by the results that treating peppermint water-extraction solution using chitosan under 20~30 ℃ could gain good results,flocculation rate was greater than 90 % and flavanones loss rate was less than 15 %.Flocculation effects decreased and loss of effective components increased with the increasing of temperature.30~40 ℃ is a stable range for flocculation action and temperature had less effect,otherwise,initial flocculation velocity and maximum flocculation velocity were increased evidently with the increasing of temperature,the effect of temperature change on floc formation phase was greater than that on floc growing phase.
