| 摘 要： | 为了实现MATLAB对超声波检测的自动判伤以及简化图像处理过程,以火车轮对为例,对火车轮对的超声检测B扫描图进行了分类处理。运用基于互信息的图像配准方法对复杂背景图像进行处理,并对基于互信息配准得到的结果进行求补集,最后经过MATLAB工具实现对图像中缺陷的判别并予以标示,显示缺陷的位置信息,成功地实现了超声检测中缺陷的自动判伤,提高了超声检测中的判伤效率。
