| 摘 要： | 加强谐波治理,保证电网安全和电能质量,同时降低设备能耗,是供用电双方共同的责任。对南通地区谐波源负荷进行了分析,提出谐波技术监督、谐波管理实时化与网络化、谐波分析评估等措施,减少电网谐波污染要从技术、法规等多个方面推动用户落实谐波治理。

| Abstract: | It's the common resposibility for the power demand and supply side to strengthen harmonious wares harnessing,ensure grid safety and power quality.The paper analyzed the harmonious source load in Nantong region and brought out monitoring technology and management in real-time and with network.In order to decrease pollution,we should help customers carry out harmonious management from aspect of analysis assess,technology and laws. |
