| 摘 要： | 目前我国对海岸带规划与管理的研究正处于起步阶段，当务之急是适当借鉴国外的成功经验，运用综合性海岸带规划与管理的概念，强调空间的纵向和横向关联性，做好相同等级不同经济部门之间的水平整合，以及不同等级部门之间的垂直整合。

| Abstract: | The study on the planning and management of the coastal region in China is just at the beginning stage.The most urgent thing to do now is to learn from foreign experience of success and utilize the concept of comprehensive planning and management of coastal region,placing stress on the horizontal and vertical spatial relationship and the vertical and horizontal integrity among management departments,etc. |
