电厂循环冷却水阻垢缓蚀杀菌剂筛选试验研究

摘    要:为了保证所选循环水处理技术方案的可行性和安全性,寻求节水方案最佳运行工况参数,既能防止管材的结垢和腐蚀,又能最大限度地达到节水的目的,本文针对某电厂循环冷却水系统4种补充水质,分别投加4个厂家水处理药剂,进行了静态阻垢试验、旋转挂片腐蚀试验、动态模拟试验及杀菌性能试验。此次试验研究是对4种药剂的防垢、防腐蚀及杀菌性能的筛选试验,以确定循环水处理的最佳控制参数和运行标准,提供循环冷却水系统现场运行的操作规程,指导电厂的运行。
