摘    要:利用瑞士Krss公司设计生产的DSA100型光学法液滴形态分析系统测定了水和3种不同浓度的润湿剂与煤的动态接触角,根据液体润湿煤尘的机制,建立了液体润湿煤尘的动力学模型,研究了不同浓度的JFC、SDS和快渗T在煤尘上的润湿动力学行为,研究结果表明:3种润湿剂对煤尘均有较好的润湿效果,对煤尘的润湿能力由强到弱的顺序为JFC、快渗T、SDS,0.20%JFC溶液在2 s时完全润湿,0.3%快渗T溶液在6 s时完全润湿,各溶液在煤尘上润湿的动力学数据与所建立模型拟合的相关系数绝大多数在0.98以上,取得了较好的效果。动态接触角法研究液体润湿煤尘的动力学特性具有快速、准确、操作简单的特点,为研究固体(煤尘)运动过程中的润湿作用,如浮选、喷雾降尘系统等提供理论基础。

Abstract:This paper used the optical droplet morphology analysis method(DSA100) to study the dynamic contact angle of coal dust with water and three kinds of surfactants with different concentration,then a dynamic wetting model was established based on the mechanism of liquid wetting coal dust.Study the effects of different concentrations of JFC,SDS and rapid infiltration T in the coal dust on the dynamics of wetting behaves,the results show that: these three wetting agents all have good wetting effects,the JFC have the best wetting ability and the rapid infiltration T have better wetting ability then SDS,0.20% JFC can completely wetting the coal dust in 2 second and 0.30% rapid infiltration T completely wetting the coal dust in 6 second,all the results are good and all the dynamics dates are good fitting with model and most of fitting correlation coefficients were larger than 0.98.Study liquid wetting coal dust with dynamic contact angle method has fast,accurate and simple characteristics.This study can provide theoretical foundation for wetting solid in moving process,such as flotation and dust suppression by spray.
