| 摘 要： | 阐述了钢筋混凝土框架结构由于地基基础不均匀沉降,导致上部墙体严重开裂,采用锚杆反压钢管桩加固基础和压力注浆处理不良地基相结合的施工工艺和方法进行处理,取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | In this article,the author introduces that the wall of a reinforced frame structure cracked because of asymmetrical settlement of the foundation.Some measures are taken to deal with the problem.The measures are using anchor rod pressing steel pipe pile to strengthen foundation combining pressure grouting treating unfavorable foundation conditions. |
