选矿自动化技术的新进展

摘    要:选矿工业过程自动化可提高破碎机和磨矿机的台时处理量,提高劳动生产率,降低能耗和原材料消耗,减轻劳动强度,提高和稳定产品质量。选矿自动化技术的研究包括破碎、磨矿分级、选别、脱水过滤及尾矿输送等全套综合控制技术研究。介绍了碎矿作业主要参数检测与控制、磨矿作业控制策略、浮选过程控制策略、高效浓缩机过程参数自动检测与控制等选矿过程自动控制技术的新进展及浮选计算机视觉器、在线粒度分析仪、在线品位分析仪等选矿自动化专用检测仪表的新进展。

Abstract:The automation of industrial beneficiation process can improve the throughput per unit per hour of crusher and mill and the labor productivity, reduce the energy and raw material consumption and the labor intensity, and increase and stabilize the product quality. The research of beneficiation automation technology involves the complete set of comprehensive control technology for crushing, grinding and classification, dewatering and infiltration and tailing transportation. The paper describes the new progress in the automatic control technology of beneficiation process such as the main parameter detection and control of crushing, the control strategy for grinding, the control strategy for flotation process and the automatic detection and control of the process parameters of high efficiency thickener. The advance in the special detecting instruments for beneficiation automation is also presented such as computer visualizer of flotation, on-line particle size analyzer and on-line grade analyzer.
