动力学视域下湖南省新型城镇化职业教育思路与对策

在动力学视域下,针对目前湖南省职业教育存在的问题进行了研究,分析了湖南省职业教育动力系统的现状,运用教育动力的原动力原理、惯性原理、引力-加速度原理以及创造理论原理,研究了职业教育的发展动力,提出了湖南省新型城镇化职业教育的思路与对策。只有重构职业教育动力系统,实行职业教育形式多样化,提高办学层次,合理布局专业结构,优化师资队伍,才能推进湖南省新型城镇化发展,提高湖南省在全国经济建设的核心竞争力。

Thought and Strategy about Vocational Education of New Urbanization in Hunan Province in the View of Dynamic

In the view of dynamic, this paper aimed at the problem of vocational education, and analyzed the current situation of the dynamical system about vocational education in Hunan province. We applied the principle of motive power, inertial, gravitational acceleration and creation theory to studying the developing power of vocational education, and then posed the thought and strategy about the vocational education of the new urbanization in Hunan province. In our opinion, only by reconstructing the dynamical system of vocational education, diversifying the vocational education, upgrading the level of school, the reasonable layout of the specialty structure, and optimizing the teaching staff, we can promote the development of the new urbanization in Hunan province, and advance the core competence of Hunan province in the countrywide economic development.
