| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育的核心是高职学生职业能力的培养,职业能力的市场定位是高职院校人才培养的着力点,职业能力的发展是高职院校学生全面发展的需要。本文对高职学生职业能力的相关概念进行了界定,阐述了高职院校学生特殊群体职业能力培养的研究现状,分析了提高高职院校学生特殊群体职业能力的相关对策。

| Abstract: | The core of higher occupation education is to cultivate students＆#39; ability of occupation ability. Market positioning is the focal point of the development of vocational training.Occupation ability is the need for comprehensive development of students in Higher Vocational colleges. Firstly, the concepts related to occupation ability of higher vocational college students are defined, and then this paper explains the research current situation of vocational training students special group of occupation ability, finally it analyzes the related countermeasures to improve occupation ability of special group of vocational college students. |
