摘    要:职业教育改革要跟上社会步伐。综合改革背景下,学院管理层面要从"改革岗位设置机制,合理配置人力资源;改革专项管理办法,提升监管质量;改革招才计划,引进高水平人才;改革培训思路,借鉴国际经验"入手;教师个人层面可从"主动学习,增强综合素质;重视教研,提升工作能力;追求实效,增长技能才干;团结合作,担当专业带头人"着力,促进高职师资队伍建设。

Study on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Teachers under the Background of the Reform of Vocational Education

Abstract:Occupation education reform must keep pace with the society. Under the comprehensive reform background, for college, the building of vocational college teachers management should include reforming post-setting mechanism, the rational allocation of human resources, reforming management of special projects, improving the quality of supervision, reforming employment plan, introducing high-level personnel training,reforming training ideas, and drawing lessons from the international experience; for teachers,it should include the active learning, enhancing comprehensive quality, paying attention to teaching and research, improving work ability, the pursuit of effectiveness, enhancing the skills and ability, unity and cooperation, and leading the major construction.
