| 摘 要： | 通过对工程施工阶段安全管理与目标控制及质量、进度、成本三大目标之间的统一性分析,提出施工单位在施工中安全管理方面存在的问题和防范对策,探讨在保证施工安全的前提下,三大目标控制的重点内容及项目管理中需把握的关键事项,以达到施工安全管理和目标控制的整体目的。

| Abstract: | On the analysis of the unity of security management and goal control in the construction stage of power transmission project and the unity of three main objectives that are quality,progress and cost,the paper proposes the problems of safety management in the construction stage and puts forwards countermeasures as well.It explores key points of three targets control and project management to achieve the overall objectives of safty management and target control in construction. |
