Technology Research of Simple Type bar Automatic Shot Blasting Production Line

This paper introduces a technology of the bar steel shot blasting automatic production line,the main function is to use oblique V type roller conveying bar steel,the bar steel is rotated through a cleaning chamber,the choice of advanced energy efficient shot blasting unit,a high speed projectile to hitting rod surface,so that the bars on the surface of the scale,rust and its dirt rapidly shedding,exposed bar steel surface defects,and obtained a certain roughness clean surface.Discussed the main components of the structure,the process diagram of mechanical movement.Because of its descaling rate is high,environmental protection,energy saving,low cost,simple technical requirements for plant and equipment.This technology should be paid extensively attention.
