新型铂-L型分子筛重整催化剂的特征

摘    要:在反应条件和转化率相近下,铂-L型分子筛催化剂对直链烷烃,尤其是nC_6—nC_8烷烃比常规双功能重整催化剂具有更高的芳构化活性和选择性。本文通过TEM、IR及连续和脉冲反应等试验,对自已合成的Pt/KL、Pt/KBaL新型重整催化剂进行物性表征。结果表明,该催化剂是一种碱性、单功能、高分散铂重整催化剂。


The Performance of New Type Platinum-L Molecular Sieve Reforming Catalyst
Abstract:The zeolite L catalyst and its ion-exchanged version were synthesized and characterized with XRD(D/Max-RB Model). Pt/KL and Pt/BaKL catalysts were prepared with ion-exchange or impregnation method with Pt content of 0.8w%, which was analyzed with an ICP/5000 model spectrum analyzer. The catalysts were characterized with TEM, IR etc. The reforming reactions of C_6~0, C_7~0 were carried out in a pulse microreactor and CDS-8800 model continuous reaction set with both on-line FID and TCD gas chromatograph. The experimental results confirm that Pt/BaKL and Pt/KL new type reforming catalysts have high activity and selectivity for aromatization of n-C_c, n-C_7 paraffinic hydrocarbons.
