基于图树模型的飞机装配单元划分

摘    要:飞机产品装配单元划分是确保装配质量、缩短装配周期的有效途径。针对飞机零部件结构特征,构建飞机图树装配模型。结合物料清单的分层特点,提出主体装配单元划分与未组合件划分两步进行的装配单元划分方法。阐述了主体装配单元划分过程,采用模糊综合评判方法实现了未组合件划分。

Abstract:Aircraft assembly unit partition is an effective approach to ensuring assembly quality and shortening assembly cycle.Following the structural features of aircraft parts and components,we construct the chart-tree assembly model of an aircraft.Coupled with the layering characteristics of the list of materials,we propose the method of assembly unit partition that has the two steps of main body assembly unit partition and unassembled parts partition.We explain the main body assembly unit partition process and implement the unassembled parts partition by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive judgment.
