| 摘 要： | 论述了切顶齿轮滚刀基准齿形的确定原则,分析了切顶齿轮滚刀齿根圆弧刀刃的展成齿形——切顶齿轮齿角过渡曲线的特征,提出了合理选择滚刀齿根圆弧半径的依据。

| Abstract: | The determine. principle of basic rack tooth profile of topping gear hobs is given. The tincture of generate profile of root of tooth circular arc cutting edge of topping gear hobs,that is the fillet curve of topping gear,is analyzed. The basis is proposed with which the radius of fillet curve of topping gear hobs can be reasonably selected. |
