| 摘 要： | 分析了主流软件PLC系统的特点,讨论了基于Windows NT和DOS平台的软件PLC的不足.建立了基于RTLinux的软件PLC系统.该系统硬件由PC机、通用I/O、继电器卡等组成,软件系统由非实时层开发系统和实时层运行系统组成.介绍了开发系统和运行系统的实现原理.该研究为实现高性能低成本的软件PLC系统,提供一种新的方案.

| Abstract: | The characteristics of mainstream SoftPLC system are analyzed and the shortcoming of SoftPLC system based on Windows NT and DOS are discussed. A SoftPLC system based on RTLinux has been developed. The hardware consists of PC, I/O cards and relay cards. The software consists of No-realtime layer developing system and realtime layer running system. The details of the software are presented. The research achievements provide a new method for development of high performance and low cost SoftPLC system. |
