| 摘 要： | 本文首先讨论了一种计费模块和主模块分离的计费系统IAS（Independence Accountin System) 的设计，然后以网络流量模型为基础，对基于网络会话模型的该计费系统进行了深入讨论，重点阐述了日志文件长度和取样间隔等影响整个系统性能的关键参数间的函数关系。

| Abstract: | Firstly the paper discusses a kind of accounting system in which the accounting module is detached with major system . Then according to the network traffic model, the accounting system based on networking talking session is analysed in detail . At last some key parameters , such as the size of log and the interval of the sending of the log , is obtained by a function which is derived from above all discussion. |
