| Abstract: | The rational support from the country, the full development of market economy, the rise of the awareness of individual's rights, and the independence of judicial administration are the necessary social bases for the effective operation of administration lawsuit system.The status quo of dissatisfaction with the performance of China's administration lawsuit system in supervising and control administrative rights are attributive to the lack of corresponding social bases.Therefore, the perfection of the administration lawsuit system of China relies on the improvement of related social environment. |
