摘    要:双级四脚矩阵变换(Four-leg Indirect Matrix Converter.简称HMC)的空间矢量调制需要复杂的三维矢量合成运算.使用随机载波调制不仅能简化运算过程,还能减弱开关频率附近的噪声干扰.在此制作了一套基于载波调制的HMC样机,并随机使用4种不同载波形式重塑输出电压噪声频谱.实验结果表明,该FIMC容易实现,且能够改善输出电压在整数倍开关频率附近的噪声分布.

Abstract:Space-vector modulation of four-leg indirect matrix converter(FIMC) requires complicate three-dimensional vector computing.The randomized carrier modulation can be used alternatively to simplify duty-cycle calculations and to suppress noise at switching frequency.An experimental prototype FIMC was developed,along with randomized selection of four types of carrier waveforms to reshape the noise spectrum and to reduce the noise energy at certain frequencies.The ex-perimental results show that randomized carrier modulation of FIMC is simple in structure with the benefit of attenuated noise energy for output voltages at switching frequency and its multiples.
