摘    要:钉螺作为血吸虫惟一的中间宿主,是血吸虫病传播的主要环节。杀灭钉螺是控制血吸虫病传播的重要手段之一。本文在我国血吸虫病现状分析的基础上,对血吸虫病传播的环节及特点进行了分析总结,针对水利血防杀灭钉螺的主要任务,探讨了迫切需要开展的相关科研工作。

Abstract:Oncomelania hupensis gredler is the only in-between lodging host of schistosome and plays a vital role in schistosomiasis spread. To kill oncomelania hupensis gredler is therefore an important approach for schistosomiasis prevention. Based on the analysis of present situation of schistosomiasis in China, the paper summarizes the process and features of schistosomiasis spread. Aiming at killing oncomelania hupensis gredler related with water conservancy, the paper discusses some major research issues.
