高层钢结构住宅节能技术分析与探讨

摘    要:钢结构住宅体系具有一系列的优点,实现了人们对绿色节能建筑的追求和理想,被住建部纳入建筑业十项新技术推广发展和应用。以咸阳丽彩.天玺广场高层钢结构商住楼为例,从建筑的总体规划和设计、外围护结构的热工性能以及自然通风等方面,对高层钢结构住宅的节能设计进行分析,并对建筑节能新技术太阳能的应用进行了初步探讨,为类似工程的设计提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:The system of steel structure residences is popularized and used as one of Ten New Techniques in Architecture Industry by Ministry of Construction of P. R. China for it possesses a series of merits and realizes the dream of environmental and energy-saving buildings. The paper analyzes energy-saving design of the high-rise steel residential building-Xianyang Licai Tianxi square from the selection of structural system, the comprehensive planning and design, thermal performance of retaining structure, and natural ventilation, discusses the application of new energy efficiency technologies, which may be used as reference for the design of similar buildings.
