基于振动理论的摆动活齿传动机构动态优化设计

摘    要:应用集中参数法,建立了摆动活齿传动机构的扭转振动模型,推出了传动机构的动力学微分方程.基于此模型并考虑影响动态性能的结构参数,以摆动活齿的振动角加速度最小为目标函数,利用Matlab软件对摆动活齿传动机构进行了动态优化设计,设计结果对提高摆动活齿传动机构的传动效果和设计质量具有一定的意义.

Abstract:By applying the method of concentrated parameters,the torsional vibration model of swinging movable teeth transmission mechanism was established and the dynamics differential equation of the transmission mechanism was put forward.Based on this model,considering the structural parameters that affect the dynamic per formance,taking the least acceleration of the vibration angle of the swinging movable teeth as the target function and by the use of Matlab software the dynamic optimization design on the swinging...
