| 摘 要： | 日本专家对硅钢环形炉的３台９－２６－１１Ｎｏ．１０Ｄ高压离风性能提出异议，并经实测后提出：风机性能不满足设计要求，必须更换风机。为此，中方对该风机性能进行了理论计算和现场测试。计算和测试结果推翻了日方的结论。

| Abstract: | The Japanese technical experts raised objection on the performance of three 9-26-11 No.10D type high pressure eccentric blowers made in China at ROF(Rotary Operation Furnace)of the silicon steel plant and asserted the performance of the blowers can not meet the requirements of design and therefore should be replaced.In view of the situation the Chinese side carried out a series of theoretical calculations as well as on site measurements on the performance and the results from the calculation had throwed down Japanese experts conclusions. |
