含金硫化矿石无捕收剂浮选行为的研究

摘    要:根据合金矿石的结构特征,应用现代电化学原理进行合金矿石自然可浮性的研究,显示出一个新的浮选领域──含金硫化矿石无捕收剂浮选.通过对山东某金矿石进行系统、详细的无捕收剂浮选的试验研究,结果表明:含金硫化矿石完全可以实现无捕收剂浮选,其浮选行为可以通过调整矿浆电位加以控制,浮选指标与常规有捕收剂浮选指标相当.

Abstract:Based on the structural characteristics of gold containing ore,electro-chemical theory is applied to the natural flotability of the gold ore,which is a new field for flotation-flotation of gold containing sulphide ore without collecting agent. The notation without collector of gold ore from Shandong is studied systematically and in detail,it is shown that gold containing sulphide ore can be processed by flotation without collector,and the flotation behavior may be controlled through the adjustment of electrical potential of the pulp. The flotation indices are equivalent to those of the common flotation with collector.
