固态开关器件的串联技术

摘    要:随着半导体技术的发展,在脉冲功率应用中,使用固态开关取代电真空开关器件已成为可能。本文主要分析了实际串联电路中各开关的均压技术;介绍了内含高频感应馈电和限流功能的光隔离驱动技术。最后给出了一台10kV样机的实验结果。

Abstract:It is possible to replace the vacuum-tubes with solid-state switching devices in pulse power application with the development of semiconductor industry.The paper describes how to equalize the voltage division of each switch connected in series.An optimal driver designed with optical fiber isolation,high-frequency induction bias-supply and automatic current-limited which are built in the unit is also introduced in this paper.The experimental results about a solid-state power modulator operated at 10 kV are given.
