| 摘 要： | 对浙江千里标准海塘工程的防台减灾效益做一测算,从分析浙江历年台风灾害特征入手,将台风灾害年景分为9个等级;通过"有无对比法",对照标准海塘建设前后相近台风灾害年景和相似台风损失情况,估算出1998-2005年浙江千里标准海塘工程所带来的防台减灾效益累计为279.14亿元.

| Abstract: | It is a calculation on benefits from reducing typhoon loss of Zhejiang seawall construction.Based on analysis of the characteristic of typhoon disaster,it divides Typhoon Disaster Situation into nine grades.It compares similar years of typhoon disaster and typhoon loss by the method of comparison,then estimates the benefits which the Zhejiang seawall brings about by reducing typhoon loss is cumulative 27.914 billion yuan. |
