In comparison with facial contact wire rope,the forge wire rope has such advantages as wear-resisting,longer service life,higher broken force,less lay remain stress,so the forge wire rope replacing facial contact wire rope is feasible in theory.To introduce the trial process of 6×7+SF forge wire rope,and given the production process.The use situation of the forge wire rope in the course of hoist in coal inclined shaft is expounded.Some questions of the forge wire rope facing in production and popularizing are pointed out.
