| 摘 要： | 论述了水龙头塑件由于具有内外螺纹及两处抽芯的复杂结构特点，先后提出了两种设计方案，将4个油缸的抽芯设计改为侧抽芯（行位）设计，不仅降低了模具的复杂程度和模具的制造成本．而且操作更容易。

| Abstract: | The complicated characters of water faucet plastic part with inner and outer thread and core-drawing in two positions are stated, and two design projects are provided. The side core-drawing (row position) design changed from four cylinders core-drawing simplifies the complicated degree and lowers the manufacture costs of die, as well as brings convenient to operation. |
