天东行车物流子系统的设计与实现

摘    要:在炼钢生产过程中,天车作为物流的主要运载设备发挥着举足轻重的作用,天车吊运货物的位置变化和重量变化与工艺流程设计紧密关联,因此天车物流子站(即天车定位、称量、显示、数据的无线发送器)设计就成为炼钢数据采集管理系统的核心。以山西海鑫钢铁集团炼钢一厂物流子站的设计为例,介绍了硬件结构、元件选型依据、调试方法、软件流程图。现场应用表明,该子站具有抗扰能力强,测量精度高、通讯误码率低、响应速度快等特点。

Abstract:In the steel production process, the overhead travelling crane, the main delivery equipment logistics, plays a decisive role. The change of the location of the overhead travelling crane and the change of weight is closely related to the position, so the design of the logistics crane sub-station (that is, crane positioning, weighing, display, data wireless transmitter) has become the core of the steelmaking data acquisition management system. In this paper, we take the design in Shanxi Haixin Steel Plant No. 1 of the logistics sub-station as an example to introduce the structure of hardware, the selection based on components, the testing methods and the software flow chart. Field application reveals the high anti-interference ability, high precision measurement, low error rate communications, and fast response of the sub-station.
