| 摘 要： | 分析了南方电网对控制性能标准(Control Performance Standard,CPS)参数进行更改之后,新参数对罚电量和CPS指标的影响,讨论了CPS在广东电网中实施和应用的难点,主要包括:调节资源有限,控制界面较多,电力系统负荷特性复杂,频率偏差系数较实际值大,火电机组没有参与实际调频,等等。最后,就进一步提高广东电网CPS考核指标提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The parameters of Control Performance Standard（CPS） were amended by China Southern Power Grid Co.,Ltd.The effect of the new parameters on punishment and CPS indices is analyzed.The difficulties of applying CPS in Guangdong power grid are discussed,which mainly include limited control resources,considerable control interfaces,complicated load characteristics of power system,frequency deviation factor greater than the actual value,failure of thermal power units in actual frequency modulation and so on.Proposals for further improving the CPS checking indices of Guangdong power grid are also put forward. |
