微硅低密度水泥在塔北深井固井中的应用

摘    要:介绍了微硅低密度水泥浆外加剂的优选、配方及其性能特点,探讨了微硅低密度水泥现场混配方法和施工工艺。经在5口深井固井中应用,有效地防止了注水泥漏失及地层损害。该水泥与多种外加剂具有良好的配伍性,性能易于调节,施工简单。

Abstract:The formulation of low density cement with microsilicon, a by-product of iron alloy industry, is introduced. The laboratory method and char-acters about this kind of cement are also given. Field tests in cementing of five deep wells indicate that low density cement with microsilicon can prevent lost circulation and formation damage effectively.
