铜/钢双金属板异步轧制复合机理研究

摘    要:研究了铜/钢双金属板异步轧制复合工艺对轧后界面形貌的影响,用电子探针分析了铜/钢复合板界面结合区成分的变化。轧制变形程度和退火温度是控制界面形貌的主要因素,异步轧制复合有不同于室温固相复合的结合机制。

Abstract:The influence of the asymmetrical rolling technique of Cu/steel clad sheet on the morphology of the interface after rolling was investigated. A study on the interface composition variation in asymmetrical rolling of clad sheet was made with TEM. The result showed that the morphology of the interface mostly depends on total reduction and annealing temperature. The bonding mechanism of asymmetrical rolling is distinct from that of rolling cladding at room temperature.
