耕地资源消费与经济增长相关性探析

耕地资源消费与经济发展有着密切的关系.研究表明,发达国家、发展中国家和欠发达国家对耕地资源的消费形式不同,消费强度也不同.经济的发展必然伴随着资源的消耗,耕地资源同样在经济发展过程中被不断消费,本文通过具体界定合理的经济发展速度以推算合理的耕地资源消费速度,并与我国耕地资源消费情况作比较,深入分析我国经济过程中耕地资源过度消费的外在形式以及内在原因,提出相关政策建议.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CONSUMPTION OF TILLABLE FIELD AND ECONOMY GROWTH

There is a close relationship between the consumption of tillable field resources and the growth of economy. The modes and intension of the consumption of tillable field resources are different among the developed, developing and undeveloped countries in the world. The cultivated land is decreasing with the rapid growth of economy. The development of economy depends on the consumption of resources, the tillable field resources is consumed continuously during the development of economy as well. The reasonable consumption pace of tillable field resources is calculated by defining the logical development speed of economy in this paper. Comparing with the situation of the consumption of tillable field resources in China, the external modes and internal basic reasons of excess consumption of tillable field resources in the development of economy in China are deeply analyzed, correlative policy advices offered as well.
