履带推土机紧急制动动态稳定性研究

摘    要:推土机紧急制动时,由于惯性力的作用导致压力中心前移,发生“翘尾”现象。本文着重对履带推土机紧急制动工况下的动态稳定性进行探讨,分析了“翘尾”机理,制定相应的力学模型,推导出最大翘尾角及最高安全车速的计算公式,并给出稳定性判别式。通过对上海-410履带推土机实测表明,理论计算与试验结果相吻合。

Abstract:During emergency braking of a bulldozer, "tail-up" phenomenun may occur owing to the forward movement of its bearing center. This paper offers to investigate into the dynamic stability of crawler type bulldozer under emergency braking by analyzing the mechanism of "tail-up" and establishing appropriate mecha-nical model. Formulas for calculating the maximum lift angle and the highest safe speed are derived and stability discriminant is offer-ed. Through actual measurement on Shanghai 410 crawler dozer, accordance between theor-etical calculation and experimental results we-re proven.
