摘    要:采用三电平拓扑的光伏并网逆变器能有效提高系统的容量、输出电能质量和效率。本文以三相三电平有源中点钳位型光伏并网逆变器为研究对象,采用特定谐波消除脉宽调制方法,分析了在不同输出状态之间进行切换时器件损耗分布情况,研究了3种冗余零状态换流模式,通过合理选择不同的冗余零状态使电流通过不同的路径,提出了每相桥臂轮流采用这3种换流模式的控制策略,从而有效地实现了器件损耗平衡分布。最后搭建三电平有源中点钳位光伏并网逆变器实验平台对提出的控制策略进行了验证,实验结果表明了提出的控制策略能有效地实现器件的损耗分布平衡。

Abstract:Three level topology can effectively improve the system capacity, output power quality and efficiency of photovoltaic grid connected inverter. Three phase three level active neutral point clamped (3L ANPC) photovoltaic grid connected inverter is taken as the research object in this paper. Using the selective harmonic elimination PWM (SHEPWM), the loss distribution of the 3L ANPC inverter between different output states change is analyzed. Three redundant zero state commutation modes are researched. By selecting different redundant zero states, the current can flow through different paths. A new control strategy of loss distribution balancing is proposed, namely three different commutation modes are adopted in turn for each phase leg. Therefore, the balancing of devices loss distribution is effectively realized. The experimental results show that the proposed control strategy can realize the divices loss distribution balancing.
