大型储罐的设计选型及国产化条件

摘    要:本文报道近30年来国内外石油储罐大型化的发展状况和技术进展。针对“九五”期间我国将建设数百台10万m3及更大容积的储罐,进行了5~15万m3储罐的单位容积钢材耗用量、罐区占地面积、工程总投资等经济指标的对比,认为12.5万m3应是优先选择的容积,5万m3容积的经济性最差。并从设计规范、地基处理方案、基础结构形式等方面进行了综述分析,同时介绍国产高强度07MnCrMoVR钢板的性能及其在实现大型储罐国产化方面的应用前景。

Abstract:This article reports the tendency of oil storage tank being large and its progress inside and outside of China during recent 30 years. Since hundreds of 100, 000 m3 or more large storage tanks will be fabricated during the 9th five -year-plan in China, the type selection design has been done from the type of 50, 000 m3 tank to the type of 150, 000 m3 tank in accordance with steel con ?sumption per unit volume, area of land occupied by the tank and total project investment. It con siders tank of 125, OOO m3 is the optimum type and tank of 50, 000 m3 is the worst type in ecnomic performance- It gives summary analysis in aspects of design specifications, foundation treatment and foundation structure. It also introduces the performance of a 07MnCrMoVR high strength steel plate made in China and forecasts prospect to realize domestic fabrication of large storage tank by using this sort of steel plate.
