8620H钢与55SiMoV钢摩擦副硬度匹配研究

摘    要:针对矿用牙轮钻头牙爪大跑道与滚柱组成的摩擦副不耐磨问题,对其用钢8620H和5555SiMoV设计了不同的渗碳表面碳含量及其表面硬度,通过正交设计及磨损试验,优化出硬度匹配及表面碳含量指标。结果表明:8620H表面碳含量为1.05%,表面硬度为58~59HRC;55SiMoV钢表面碳含量为0.88%,表面硬度为59~60HRC,耐磨性最好,其磨损形式为表面疲劳浅层剥落。

Abstract:Considering the non wear-resistance of rock bits's rubbing-pairs made of a claw big runway and roller, 8620H and 55SiMoV steel were designed with different carbon content and surface hardness on carburizing surface. The hardness matching and surface carbon content index were optimized by orthogonal experiment and abrasion test. Experimental results give a hardness matching with highest wear resistance, that is, the surface carbon concentration and tempering hardness of 8620H steel is 1.05% and 58~59 HRC, respectively, while those of 55SiMoV steel is 0.88% and 59~60 HRC, respectively. Furthermore, the wear form of 8620H steel and 55SiMoV is superficial layer fatigue wear.
